Describe your style in three words
Classic, minimalistic and with a twist of trend
Do you have a signature look?
I don’t think I really have a signatur look, but black is almost always a part of my style and I’m very fond of lux materials such as cashmere and silk. My basic wardrobe is slim fit and I love long lines which are easy to layer.
What is your favourite ss16 trend?
I actually really like some of the 70’s-vibes even though they are quite different from what I normally wear. I love that denim is very popular and that lace still plays a part with the brands.
What does Dea Kudibal represent to you?
For me, Dea Kudibal delivers a luxurious range of classic styles that I can easily work into my wardrobe for many seasons. The large range of silk styles and soft knits have almost become essential for me and I love to add a new silk blouse in a new colour from Dea Kudibal every now and then. But Kudibal also represents fine new designs that are wearable and affordable yet never compromising good fabrics and super fittings.
What is your favorite piece from the ss16?
It’s not easy to choose one, but the black maxi dress with the 70’s inspired feather waistband is going to be my summer safe style …. so simple and yet so beautiful. Easily dressed up and down with shoes and bag to fit the occasion … for everyday, holiday or a nice summer party.
How would you style your 4 favourite pieces:
As mentioned, the maxi dress is very diverse and can be styled in many ways …. I’d wear it simple with cool sandals, a large tote for picking up a little shopping and a cap, a couple of layered bracelets and a long simple gold necklace for a relaxed day strolling the city or at the beach. Combining it with a pair of heels and some heavier jewellery would make it perfect for drinking cocktails on warm summer evenings.
The Boa sandals are almost essential and I NEED them … they are perfect with cropped boyfriend jeans and a loose fitted v-necked linen tee as well as they are perfect for whatever length of skirt I prefer on any given day. Flat sandals are definately a key summer item for me as I tend to choose flat sandals over all other footwear once the weather allows it. With a cute varnish on the nails, it’s very easy to add a bit of colour too.
The Andy cardigan would also be lovely over many of my basic outfits. A skirt and a tee …and some hopefully tanned legs in near future, would compliment the knit very much as well as it would go nicely with any of my shorter dresses with some easy graphic print. Its long fitting makes the outfit look relaxed and lean.
A scarf is in many ways neccessary to bring and is not only for wrapping around the neck – you might not use it all the time, but if staying out all day it’s perfect to use as a shoulder cover if I’m wearing a tanktop and slim jeans or it’s even possible to use as a bikini coverer when going to the beach.
